OFFICE UPDATE in regards to COVID-19
As your healthcare provider, we appreciate the trust you place in us and want to inform you about how we are addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis.
We are closely monitoring events in our local community and complying with the government recommendations. We are following established infection prevention protocols and remain prepared to care for patients both remotely (via a Telehealth visit) or in-office.
You should not avoid seeking necessary care out of concerns of COVID-19 and you should keep your appointments unless otherwise instructed by your physician.
Currently, our 3 office locations are operating on a reduced schedule and offices are open “By Appointment Only”. If you intend to visit our office without an appointment, please call first and verify our open office hours.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENT:
We have implemented a screening process at our entrances for anyone visiting our offices. It is important to realize if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or you are exhibiting any symptoms (fever, sore throat, etc) please do not enter the office. Call and reschedule to a telehealth visit if possible.
When you enter our clinic, you will notice we are practicing social distancing, and the waiting room will accommodate less people. You will be taken to an exam room as soon and possible and to avoid populated areas. For your protection, our staff is required to wear a mask. For our protection we are asking patients to not bring non-essential visitors to their appointment and to also wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you.
During this health crisis, we encourage any non-emergent appointments to consider our Telehealth visit option. Learn more about how we conduct Telehealth visits.
